NJROTC Rank Structure

As a Navy JROTC unit, we use similar, U.S. Navy rank structure. Everything a cadet does, goes through a chain of command. Rank and rate is determined by the cadets attributes, performance, and the way they uphold themselves in and out of class. Advancing in pay grade is something cadets need to always be working towards, as it can be very rewarding.

Cadet Officers

As a cadet officer in the unit, these cadets have a lot more responsibilities, knowledge, and trust from the instructors than most. As an officer, it is their job to help any cadets they are leading. Officer jobs normally range from, Supply, Opperations, Training, Drill and Team Commanders.
